Founded in 1977, Jiangsu Godyun Biotech Co., Ltd. (Godyun)has initially formed a province-level leading agriculture industrialization enterprise group, integrating mushroom species selection, cultivation base standardization, deep-processing and R&D.With a total asset of 180 million RMB, registered capital of 50 million RMB, Godyun invests and establish 4 subsidiary companies ("Jiangsu Grace Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Sino-American joint venture)", "Yancheng Shennong Health Care Foodstuffs Co., Ltd. (Sino-Australia. joint venture)", "Shanghai Godyun Biotech Co., Ltd.", "Dongtai Jiugong Wine Factory") and 2 research centers ("Dongtai Gushen Edible Mushroom Research Institute", "Jiangsu Mulberry Silk Source Engineering Technology Research Center").

Quality and R&D
All production lines are under the supervision of GMP control system. Our in-house lab is well equipped with advanced test instruments, such as HLPC, GC, UV and Atomic absorption spectrophotometers. Engaging 16 prestigious experts from Nanjing University Life Science College, Nanjing Agricultural University, Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Jiangsu Institute of Microbiology, Shanghai Jiaotong University Agricultural College, Nanjing Research Institute of Chinese Medicine, Zhejiang University Drug Information Research Institute and other scientific research institutes, Godyun has undertaken 12 state-level spark programs and Jiangsu provincial research projects.

Cultivation base
At present, Godyun owns five pollution-free organic cultivation bases occupying an area of 3800 acres and built a 100 hectares state-level standardized mushroom cultivation demonstration plot.
